An integration is stored as a connection — one authenticated link between a workspace and an external service. Once connected, workflow steps can act through it and agents can call those steps as tools.

Choosing an auth method

Most integrations use OAuth — you click Connect, approve access on the provider’s own site, and land back in GoConva. Read How connecting works once and every guide below will make sense. Two exceptions:
  • Telegram uses a bot token you paste in, not OAuth.
  • Twilio uses Account SID and Auth Token credentials.

Verifying any connection

Every connection has a Test action in the Integrations list. Use it after connecting, and when a workflow step fails unexpectedly — an expired or revoked grant shows up here first.
